Detailed Description:
1. According to customers’ demand, we provide LED project support and do investigations in local places since our customers start the LED display project budget.
2. Whenever customers have project adjustment or we have different opinions for the LED sign project, we’ll communicate with our customers and provide the best solution as soon as possible.
3. Customized LED software and hardware products will be provided base on customers’ requirements.
4. Timely online services are provided whenever there are software operational problems and we’ll solve problems as soon as possible in working with our customers. 
5. If it is needed, experienced engineers can be on-site to provide technical support.
6. Design speed: within three days for regular projects, within 7 days for complex project.
7. Provide LED screen technical training (factory or on-site) for different customers.
8. According to different customer's project requirements, we set up a project team to devote to this LED project, invent the product and make the sample as soon as possible.
